Returns & Refunds policy

Due to the nature of our products — which are delivered digitally and accessible immediately upon purchase — all sales are final and non‑refundable. Once a digital product, download, template, or resource has been delivered, we cannot offer returns, exchanges, or cancellations.

By completing your purchase, you acknowledge that you gain instant access to the digital content and therefore waive any right to request a refund.

Cancellations

Because our products are digital and available instantly, orders cannot be canceled once they have been processed. If you experience an issue accessing your files or believe you received the wrong product, please contact us and we will be happy to assist.

Exceptions

We may consider a refund only in the following rare circumstances:

• Duplicate purchases of the same product

• A technical error on our platform that prevented access to the product

• A billing mistake on our end

These exceptions are evaluated on a case‑by‑case basis at the sole discretion of Create & Conquer Studio.

Gifts

If a digital product was purchased as a gift, access will be granted to the email address provided at checkout. Because digital items cannot be returned, gift purchases are also non‑refundable.
